Entrevista
First a phone call, then 3 rounds of interviews spanning about 2.5 months to then get ghosted by interviewers. Interviews themselves werent hard. The "M&A" role is pretty much a cold calling role to see if wealth management founders want to sell their business. Not sure why its called M&A.

Resume, cover letter, and Internal recommendation. Multiple rounds, consisting of both video calls and and in person interviews at Midtown Manhattan offices. Initial interviews with upper management, later rounds were with the team.

Met with a lot of people everyone was very nice. Felt like I was able to get a good idea of what the job entailed and what was expected along the way. Thorough interview process, beautiful office.
