Fairly simple. The actual interview was very short. It was the preliminary examination that took the longest time in the application process. They first conduct a logic test that would determine your eligibility to the next step in the application. If you pass the exam, you get through the next part which is another series of standard examination. Once you finish, you will be asked to return in the afternoon for the interview if you are available in the same day. The interview was rather easy and not really engaging. The HR basically confirms everything you've written in your resume and application sheet. After that you will be notified by SMS within the week if you have been selected for the job.
