Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Focus on the Family.
Entrevista
Three words describe my experience: disorganized, rude, and strange. The first interview felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. During the second interview with the director, he seemed nervous and spoke excessively. He posed questions about how I would handle a coworker undermining my plans, navigating bureaucratic obstacles, or dealing with someone who was generally rude. These raised some red flags for me. Overall, I’m relieved I didn’t get the job, as this seems like a challenging environment for a woman. By the way, the Bible instructs us to submit to our husbands, God, and the church, not every male we encounter. Additionally, the debate between complementarianism and egalitarianism is a secondary issue that you seem overly fixated on.
Overall, I got UNSAFE vibes as a woman and would encourage fellow women interviewing to read the one-star reviews left here. They're very concerning.

Terrible interview process required multiple interviews and did not communicate results unless I constantly followed up. Turns out they did the interview as a formality, because they already selected a candidate prior to the interview.
