After an initial e-mail, they setup a video interview (Lifesize). Here's their pitch: Instead of being paid on a W2, you (i.e. the employee) have to make "a small investment" in FocusCFO. They want you to pay them. In return, you get the privilege of using your hard-earned reputation to sell their service to friends and colleagues.
