The interview process was poorly handled. After agreeing on a specific date and time, the interviewer never sent a meeting link. I followed up by email but received no response. Eventually, I contacted her again and we scheduled a new date and time — but the same issue happened a second time: no link, no communication. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for applicants' time is unprofessional. If a meeting is scheduled, the basic expectation is to receive a link and, if plans change, to be notified in advance. Unfortunately, that courtesy was not extended in this case.
