Had phone interview which went well then was invited for a face to face interview. Spent half a day meeting with 4 of my peers and my manager. All questions were professional. Everyone was forthcoming about the expected roles and responsibilities.

Drawn out interview process with multiple rounds. At least five rounds in my case spanning literally months. In the end HR went radio silent, no word either way. Very unprofessional process. I could understand the behavior if it was only one or two rounds but not after so much contact and the level of the position.
