I applied on indeed.com and about 2 weeks later I got a call telling me to come in for an interview. I came to the restaurant about 15-20 early. There was another young man interviewing that day too but it wasn't a group interview. They called him back first then me. It was very quick and easy. The man introduced himself and looked over my indeed application and had basically had his mind made up that he would hire me. He asked about my previous work experiences that I listed and hired me on the spot. No nerve-wrecking questions like "What are your strengths/weaknesses?" "Why do you want to work for us?" "What makes you a better candidate?" Nothing like that. I got hired on the spot.
