Very laid back! Was asked the typical interview questions “why do you want to work here” and talked about previous work experience. It was a very short interview probably not even 10 minutes long.

Phone interview . Called in twice for a face to face interview. After 4 or 5 days they called and asked me to work that day. I'm pretty sure they desperately needed anyone to work that day

Had a one on one with a recruiter . She was great. But then I had two more in store interviews with store manager and deli manager . The interview process probably took 2 full weeks.

Was very laid back and casual. Got the job on the spot, it took awhile to start working because of poor communication, took forever to receive a work shirt, and complete the online trainings.
