I was brought in to interview for a position that I had not even applied to. When I told which position I wanted to work, the manager shifted things around and made an open position for me. They did go through a booklet of interview questions before finding out that I wasn't there for a management position.

Phone interview . Called in twice for a face to face interview. After 4 or 5 days they called and asked me to work that day. I'm pretty sure they desperately needed anyone to work that day
