Entrevista
I applied through their website. Within a week after I applied, I heard back from the recruiter. We had a quick phone screen.
Then I was invited to a final interview. One of the requirements was to put together a presentation about the certain subject. I think it's a good idea because it gave me an opportunity to showcase my presentation skills and my ability to align with the job requirements. It was not something I was normally asked to do, but it ended up being fun to put together.
Everyone was very nice and professional. The questions were about my experience and how I would normally handle certain situations. Behavioral type interview questions.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter who was great at explaining the job and asking me questions pertaining to the role so I was left with a favorable impression about the company. A few days later she reached out to schedule a zoom interview with the team. This is where my experience becomes unfavorable. The recruiter asked me to put together a presentation about strategies pertaining to the role. At this point i withdrew my interested in the job unless they offered to pay me for the time it would take me to put together a presentation. Word of advice to job seekers, do not let companies get away with these fishy practices and never work for free. Many companies will adopt these practices just to steal ideas or to get free labor. If a company does not have the ability to evaluate if a candidate is a match for the role by conducting a regular process such as looking through your resume, screening and interviewing then most likely it's a company you don't want to associate with.
