bad and waste of time after long process Task , frontend managr meeting , HR then manager meeting , got resjected after 1 month of waiting a response . not prefoessional at all
it was slow a little bit , but overall it was clear and they focus on the points which will help them through your daily tasks , it takes 3 weeks , hr and technical task and interview

Entrevista
The HR interview was extremely basic and unprofessional for a senior position. Interview started with the HR literally looking away and reading their screen listing all the responsibilities that were listed on the job post, this showed that person had little experience and had barely any clue about the job. As I was introducing myself and my experience, the recruiter also cut me half way as I was getting into the relevant part of my experience, and just pushed questions related to the responsibilities.
After that, all the recruiter did was ask job related details such as examples of when I worked on growth & retention strategies or questions related to the responsibilities. I have two issues with this, the first being that it specifically mentioned in the email: "This is not a technical screening; at this stage, we would like to get to know you better & work on timelines for the process."; moreover the questions being asked were answered but that person had no clue about Growth or Commercial to even ask about or follow up with questions regarding my replies.
The recruiter also did not give me any idea of the culture and failed to answer my questions regarding it as well. The recruiter works remotely, their lack of insight was extremely evident. Not a good look for such a large company and organization, hope this reaches someone.
