Contacted by phone, it was a quick interview maybe 15 minutes and was offered the job a day after, only a few questions 1 interviewer, mostly just questions about customer service

Good process and very professional. Overall a good experience. No need of referrals they will hire you if you are good. Had a wonderful experience during the entire process and post interview as well

Relaxed interview. Just went over future career goals. Was a part time job I got during high school. Pretty much hired immediately after asking for available work schedule. I doubt it’s any different for full-time employees.
