I had an interview with one recruiter, asked me questions about my employment history and my approach to Motivational Interviewing and MNT. They also explained the difference in titles between Partner and Network RD, compensation, and minimum weekly hour commitment requirement.

Entrevista
Interviewer mostly spoke. Felt like they would hire anymore. Only asked 3 questions. Email was sent within 20 minutes after interview with contract. Requires to have professional insurance. Did not feel like they genuinely want good dietitians.

Interview Process Review
I was contacted by a third party recruiter in Hyderabad for a mobile engineering role.
The overall hiring process was long uncoordinated and lacked clarity at multiple stages.
Round 1 Initial HR Screening
The first interview was a video call with HR where they asked about my experience and background.
Round 2 Discussion with the Country Head
The second interview was with the Country Head. The conversation covered high level topics such as UI rendering and some behavioural questions.
After this round I repeatedly tried to reach the third party HR for an update but my calls were ignored. Eventually I was told that the position was on hold.
Two Weeks Later
I received another call from the FoodsMart Hyderabad HR team. They informed me that the mobile role was on hold and asked if I was available for an AI focused role. I agreed to proceed.
Round 3 AI Coding Interview
This interview was conducted by an engineer from the US. The interviewer was respectful supportive and the conversation was positive.
Round 4 React JS Technical Interview
This round was with a lead engineer from FoodsMart. He was professional and the discussion went well.
After completing all rounds I did not receive any update. When I followed up a week later I was told that my profile had been selected. Even after that I had to call multiple people to understand the next steps.
When I informed them that I had another offer and needed clarity they again told me that the position was on hold. They also said they wanted an immediate joiner despite taking almost a month to complete the interview process.
Overall Impression
The interviewers were professional and respectful.
However the process had major coordination issues slow communication and unclear decision making. It seemed that the management team was not aligned internally which created unnecessary delays and confusion for candidates.
