I walked in like i normally would and talked to the manager and we started right away he first asked me questions about previous work history. He took a bottle of shoe cleaner and asked me to sell it to him as a product he was going to buy and i did well because i use it myself.

I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
