I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn about the vacancy. We had a quick call about the role and the candidate profile they were looking for. After the application, I had one interview with the direct manager, followed by a business case, and a final interview with the senior director. The entire process took around 3 weeks. The recruiter kept me in the loop and was in regular contact with me throughout the entire process which was very helpful. Additionally, the business case provided a clear overview of the tasks/projects I would be dealing with on a day-to-day basis, which allowed me to assess my fit with the role.
