the process with this company was very easy. In my particular scenario it was a hiring event with the typical entry level associate questions. Footlocker usually has a lot of younger applicants so early 20s should focus on standing out while elder application should rely on their experience

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
