The interview process was extremely high-pressure, with aggressive questioning, unrealistic expectations and little opportunity for thoughtful responses. The atmosphere felt tense, intimidating and designed to test stress tolerance over actual skills.

First group technical assessment involved IQ and technical questions. The session lasted around 2 hours, during which two sets of papers were distributed for candidates to complete under time constraints.
