I had a very positive experience interviewing for the Client Success Manager position at Force Therapeutics. The HR team, in particular, did a phenomenal job guiding me through every step of the process from the initial screening to scheduling interviews and providing prompt updates. Phone screening with HR. Second interview was was with the CEO. Third interview was with the Director of CS + additional team member. Then was asked to complete a project and present to a small panel. They'll ask for your references and if all pans out, they will make an offer shortly after. Every interview felt very conversational. Everyone is beyond nice. They're not just looking to ensure you can do the job, they look for good culture fit as well.
