The Interview process was well-organized and smoothly executed, which left a positive impression on me. I particularly want to commend the HR team for their clear communication and the transparency with which they conveyed the expectations throughout the various interview stages. It made the experience much more comfortable and allowed me to present myself effectively.

The interview process consists of the following rounds: Technical Round 1: Focuses on the basics of network protocols. Technical Round 2: Includes advanced technical questions along with troubleshooting scenarios. Technical Round 3: Covers in-depth knowledge of OSI Layers 1–7, security tools, troubleshooting approaches, Wireshark analysis, and customer handling skills. Managerial Round: Evaluates previous roles and responsibilities, customer handling experience, communication skills, and overall job fit. HR Discussion: General discussion covering salary expectations, role details, and organizational policies.
