Entrevista
There is first a phone interview, then there is an online test that gauges basic knowledge on math, english/grammar, and etc. The in person test has the same online test + a paper math/grammar test+ a typing speed test. Then an interview with the managers/supervisors. They ask questions on terminologies and concepts in the sound/av industry.

HR contacts you, have to do a self evaluation form, write about your history with audio and video systems, take a wonderlic assessment, drug screening and background check as well as list 3 references whom which they will call. Takes about a month or so.
