There were two interviewers that started out by asking questions about my resume and past projects. Then they moved on to more behavioral and situational questions such as "If you were giving a presentation and the audience was not paying attention , how would you proceed?". These types of questions along with a lot of team oriented questions were asked throughout the remainder of the interview and during the last ten minutes they allowed me to start asking them specific questions about the company. I received an email about 2 weeks after the interview with an internship offer from Ford.
