I had a single Zoom interview that seemed to go well, and following that I experienced radio silence - despite reaching out several times to follow up. Unfortunately, Forem, like all too many companies these days, prefers to ghost candidates rather than give them the dignity of a rejection email. If you're interviewing at Forem yourself, don't be discouraged if they don't get back to you. After all, it's nothing personal; ghosting is just the way they do business.
