I had a total of 3 interviews. They want you to be really sure of what you are getting yourself into. This is a career where you get to manage peoples retirement and finances and it is not easy. You need to really want to be successful and really understand that this is a lot of hard work. There are reps who make 50k a year and other reps who make a million a year in Foresters so you really need to understand that this opportunity isn't cheap nor to be taken for granted. They Interview you to make sure you are up for it and you understand that opportunity and work load. They do a really good job in being honest with you about everything.
