Entrevista
i went through two interviews before receiving the job offer. The first interview was an open group interview at the mall. They do these job fair things where anyone can go and apply. The questions were simple, such as describe a time when you had to go above and beyond and take charge of something. You also had to pretend to sell something that you were wearing. I pretended to sell a necklace that I was wearing. I also dress really cute to the interview, wore something kinda boho chic in order to show I had a sense of style. The manager was super duper nice. There were two other girls in our interview and it wasn't stressful at all.
I then got a call a week later for a second interview. I ended up being late to the interview! I got stuck in traffic and it was in a different location in the mall than it was the first time so I ended up getting confused. I walked in apologizing to the manager. We then had to go around the store and pick out an outfit that the manager described. It was pretty simple. She then had a messy section of the store that we had to clean up. This was ALSO a group interview. 10 other girls!! I was shocked. SO in order to stand out in the crowd when she told us to clean up I went to the section no one else was cleaning up. When the interview was over I again went over to the manager and apologized for being 15 minutes late

What is the atmosphere when you first walk into forever 21
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
