I walked into the store and asked for an application in person.
I was called a week later and asked to come in for a group interview.
The questions were pretty general pertaining to customer service and fashion -- it's important to actually care about it.
A few days later I was called with a job offer.

There were no particularly difficult questions to answer but I would suggest to make sure you answer confidently.

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
