I called the previous day. They said they were having an open call and to come in. my friend and I went They sat us in a crowded storage room. It wasn't even an office or a employee break room. There were about 10 of us getting interviewed They questioned us it was a group interview and asked us how will we contribute to Forever 21? how will your past jobs relate to working here stuff like that. they were all very young early twenties and came off a little rude but at the same time they were about business and serious about finding a team that could close the store efficiently. They said past experience didnt matter and that they hired based on personality. My friend got hired I didnt.

How will past jobs qualities contribute to this one?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
