Entrevista
Forever 21 was hosting a job fair for a new location in the area. I filled out an application and was interviewed on the spot by a woman (who turned out to be the SM of the new store). She was friendly and asked a few questions pertaining to previous jobs and about Forever 21. After the questions, she told me she liked me and offered me the job. I came back a few days later to a group orientation. There were five of us in the group, we were introduced to each other. The store manager gave us a packet of paperwork, including new hire forms and the dress code. She told us about the new store, what was expected of employees, and that our first day would be in a week to go set up the store.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
