Fill out application online, come back or wait for interview for that day (if you're lucky), and take tests. Then come back a week or two weeks later to finish the interview and by then hopefully they have found you a job. And if they find you a job you probably won't have it too long because after a few weeks they like to lay people off, so good luck to the next person who works for them.
