The interview process went very well at first. Had great phone screens and on-site interviews were good but the offer process was horrible. Very unprofessional. Was pressured into making a decision. When you are deciding to join a company it is reasonable to take a few days to decide but the recruiter wanted to know right away. ForgeRock doesn’t do regular merit increases so makes sure to negotiate hard as you won’t have guaranteed salary increases even if you are a strong performer. Very cheap company. Not common for a tech company. If they treat potential employees like this in the interview I wonder how they treat you how when you are hired. I think I dodged a bullet. I am sure Okta wouldn’t treat candidates like this. Beware if you interview at ForgeRock. You have been warned. I was almost in tears after my experience. I trusted my gut and declined the offer.

It was most dumbest interview I ever had.Its time to send the people who interview to a crash course. One can never dictate terms to others on how long to work and what time to work.A person is wise enough to know what time he has to spent on a given work,moreover since one gets paid for the job it's his duty to discharge his responsibility but doesn't require baby sitting on how long to work,when to work.I know since this is a startup,they always look forward to move towards their goals and how fast paced the work environment would.Considering all these I applied for the job,but the interviewer threw an impression that this is not the right place.
