I had a great start to the interview process, however, in my last round I had a conversation with the CEO. I found him extremely rude and didn't seem to have any interest in actually interviewing me. He asked me 1. Why I had volunteer experience on my resume 2. Why my GPA was not on my resume (I am 3+ years graduated from college) and 3. What classes I had received Cs in. He didn't seem to care at all about my current experience and just wanted to discuss irrelevant topics. I felt very disrespected and looked down upon as a woman as I know those questions would never have been asked to a man. I interviewed with 5 total people, all of which were men.

Was asked to complete a product assessment providing them with 2 new ideas before any phone screening. Found it a little disrespectful to the candidates. Few days after I sent in the completed assessment, I was notified that they won’t be moving forward with me which I understand since there are limited openings. What made me realized I probably got used to help them find new ideas is when I email them back asking for any feedbacks based on the assessment so I can improve upon myself. No reply at all and just ghosted me… A little disappointed with their interview process.
