I had a chat with HR regarding my background and then he forwarded my information to meet with the Senior Customer Operations Manager to discuss my background. After that I had an interview with a Customer Operations Associate to go through a more technical assessment. There was also a 20 minutes excel exercise that you had to complete. Yiorgos actually reached out to me after the interview to see if I wanted some feedback. Of course I said yes. It felt like a very casual chat and he provided me with some excellent tips. Overall, it was a positive experience!
