The interview process was quick and direct, which I appreciated for its efficiency, but at the same time it felt somewhat impersonal and lacked a warmer, more engaging interaction overall.

They asked about my responsibilities in my previous jobs, and from the very beginning they asked about my salary expectations without telling me anything about the position, and they didn’t answer the question about what they had in mind for the role.
The process itself was well-organised on the surface, and the people I spoke with were professional. But there were inconsistencies throughout that made it difficult to trust the feedback.
Deadlines for decisions were given and then missed without explanation. The scope of the final round changed from what had been communicated earlier. And the stated reason for the outcome felt like a polite way to close the door rather than an honest one.
I came away with the impression that the role’s requirements were not fully defined internally before hiring began, which made it hard to know what was actually being evaluated. For anyone going through their process, I would suggest asking very specific questions about the role’s scope and decision timeline upfront, and not reading too much into positive signals along the way.
