Entrevista
First interview was a TRAITS assessment, which was basically a personality test. Second interview was with HR only and lasted 15 minutes via online. Third interview was in person with the multiple managers. The fourth interview (and last) was with an employee who currently works the position. All together, the process took 2 months, but there was a brief delay on the company's part.

Entrevista
Initially a screening call with HR. Phone call was arranged since head office was in Edmonton and position was for BC Interior. Contact occured several weeks after I had applied for the position. Not a fast moving process.

Entrevista
It was one of the most organized and planned interview process. From the inital telephonic chat with the HR, to a virutal meeting with HR & the Senior VP, it was amazing. Once the interview process was done, we had a in person meeting (with social distancing protocols in place) to get a feel of the place, people and the organization.
Overall it didnt felt like it was an interview but just meeting great people for a great reason over a great discussion.
