Met with a recruiter informally at a Big Boy restaurant, answered questions and gave background information. I answered all questions positively and felt that my education and experience gave me an edge over other applicants. Second interview with a German Dictator went horrible, entire enterview consisted of this moron bragging on himself and his accomplishments, then giving me a load of crap about preparedness and responsibility. This is how racist weed out minorities, don't bother speaking with these guys if you want management and you are not white or German.
