Entrevista
Comfortable 2 hour interview with a balanced ratio of conversation. Their competency test seemed useful and we discussed the implications of it in the interview, which lasted for around half the interview. The second half was spent talking about the development opportunities within the company as well as what else their traineeship includes.
Very friendly and in depth interview process.I Learnt a lot about myself. It was a two part interview. One with a consultant and one with a career coach. The interview ends with an in-depth feedback session

Assessment eerste gemaakt, daarna invitatie gekregen voor sollicitatie. Sollicitatie was soepel, wel 2 uren maar ging goed. Ik heb nog niets terug van hun gehoord maar is pas een dag geleden, zal dit updaten als ik iets terug hoor.
