Entrevista
There were 3 rounds, phone interview, personal interview & skype interview. As the HQ was in Delhi, there was a telephonic round first, later they scheduled a personal interview with the station manager in Pune and last there was a skype interview with the general manager in Delhi.

Questions were asked pertaining to my role in immigration, there were very cautious specially as I was earlier working for their competitor.
