Screening with recruiter - asked me about skin care experience, focus on sales and KPIs. Was then screened by Manager who asked about values, specific shifts. Spoke about acting as an ambassador and working community events.

Consisted of casual conversation about my experience and knowledge with skin and the industry, and my motivating factors. We also discussed the roles and culture at FF. Following this a technical interview takes place where I was given the opportunity to show how I work with the skin and equipment used at FF.
