Found their ad on craigslist, they saw on my resume I had maybe years experience in promotions and sales with alcoholic beverages. I was contacted by the CA office even though I was working in NY. Was hired, then had to email forms back to them. Can get direct deposit.

Found the ad on craigslist and emailed. Less than 10 minutes later was asked to fill out an application online. About 5 minutes after submitting application, was contacted from CA and asked a few questions about the position and my personality. Very easy phone screening
