Entrevista
Standard behavioral questions followed by a few brain teasers (e.g. why this firm, why M&A, industry trends). Seemed easy going, positive people. Would focus on the why question primarily. Good experience
First round on campus interview followed by a superday in their new york office. Interviewed with most of the senior management team who were very transparent about the process. Heard back after about three weeks, did not get an offer.
