Went through Recruiter. 1st Meeting (online) - Understanding my prior role's responsibilities and level of R&D knowledge. 2nd Meeting (online) - Technical assessment involving managing an active inbox with numerous tasks and varying urgency. Excel skills were tested, reviewing technical details and communication skills. 3rd Meeting (in person) - Final interview with Director to go through feedback on the assessment and also find out about me / why I want the job.

Quick and understanding Had a dicussion which was more informal then some competency tests on excel and reading. A chat with a director and HR Manager that lasted about 40 minutes.
