Applied online directly on their career site. I received an email asking for a phone interview with a schedule link. I picked my available dates and double-checked my information. The system they use send you automatic reminder emails-I imagine the interviewer also gets the same reminders. My interview was at 11AM EST. By 11:18AM I did not get a call. I was ghosted. I have sent 2 emails checking to see if the interview was alright and have not seen a reply.

The process started with a recruiter phone screen. Next, an initial manager interview by phone, followed by an in-person day of manager and team interviews, and finally a presentation session with management.
