Phone interview is conducted to access the employee ability to answer questions thrown at them in the interview date after the employee applies for the job from their job posting online. It was smooth everythinf was good and the interviewer is respectful. When they call you and you can't answer its OK. They will leave a voice mail and you can get back to them or they will try again or you can give them a call to show that you are still interested

HR person was extremely pleasant and put me at ease. She asked a couple basic technical questions that someone should know as a tradesperson. We ended the interview on a positive note!
