The interview process starts with an application on Fort Mill's website which is partnered with PowerSchool. The application process begins when you fill out the full application on that site. Afterwards, you may or may not be reached out to for an interview through your attached email. If you are reached out to, there may be multiple rounds of interviews. However, the administration is quick to either confirm or deny your suspicions of employment and have a quick turnaround from interview to confirmation of employment.
