Entrevista
I applied online, few weeks later an HR person called me to arrange for an in person interview. I arrived 10 minutes before the interview, well prepared for an expected one hour long panel interview. Later, the hiring manager showed up half awake, holding the resume of another candidate. During the first moments of the interview, he started telling me about the company and the position in a broken English. Later he started to ask me some very simple basic questions as if I just finished my undergraduate studies. I was not surprised by his questions because he was holding someone else resume and had no clue about my background and work experience.
Few days later, I received a call from the HR inviting me to come for a test. I just told her that after this interview experience I lost interest in the company and the position.

I was asked very trivial technical questions: Analogue switches, low pass, and high pass filters.

You can get a good sense of the company culture and management style during the interviews. There seems to be an attitude that candidates are expected to know very little while the interviewers know everything, and if you come across as too confident or knowledgeable, it may work against you.

There are some electronics questions and a project.
First an hour test and then followed by technial interview from differernt team. The interview is a little difficult when you have little expericen at school, and the focus more on what you studyed instead of your work experience

After applying online, As a first step they will email you to attend a written test followed by a interview. Once it is done they will send you offer letter if qualified.
