Behavioral Interview with HR The first stage involves a conversation with HR to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and alignment with the company’s values and expectations. Technical Take-Home Assessment Candidates are then given a technical challenge or case study to complete independently. This evaluates their problem-solving approach, technical proficiency, and ability to deliver quality work within a set timeframe. Team Interview Successful candidates are invited to meet with the team for a more in-depth discussion. This may include reviewing the take-home assessment, technical questions, and getting to know how the candidate collaborates and communicates in a team setting. Offer Finalists who demonstrate strong potential across all stages will receive an official offer to join the team.
