Very thorough process. Initial HR screen followed by an online technical assessment. 2 further technical stages with a final stage covering troubleshooting and presentation skills. Really testing your technical understanding of networking. Lots of stages but whole thing was done and offer received inside 3 weeks.

It is a multi-stage process, where knowledge, responsiveness and role-playing are evaluated. The support from the recruiters is very good, as is the support from the engineers who participate in the interviews.
