Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Fortitude Systems (Washington, DC) em jul. de 2015
Entrevista
I was contacted by one of their Account Managers out of the Dallas office. We first interviewed through Skype to talk about my personality and how can I fit into the company. In order to have a chance, you must have played sports (varsity or intramural) or be involved through a fraternity during college.
After Skype, I was flown to the D.C. office for the next round (they will reimburse you for plane tickets and will put you into a hotel free of charge). Throughout the day, I met with 6-8 different guys and basically they want to get to know you and see if your personality fits with their company. They don't care really about what is on your resume. You have to be able to "click" with the guys you meet or you don't have a chance. Sorry ladies but you really don't have a chance, its all guys in a locker room/fraternity setting.

Entrevista
Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
