Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Fortune Brands Innovations.
Entrevista
I initially had a great first-round interview — the interviewer was warm, knowledgeable, and we had a strong connection. I left that conversation feeling optimistic about the opportunity and felt aligned with the role and team culture.
Unfortunately, the second round was a very different experience. I was originally told the interviews would be virtual, but was unexpectedly asked to come onsite with very little notice. That change wasn’t communicated clearly and threw off my schedule.
In the second round, I met with other members of the team and answered numerous in-depth questions about Workday. The conversation seemed to go well — I was even told it was a great discussion. However, I was later told that I “didn’t explain my expertise in enough detail,” which felt contradictory given how thoroughly I had walked through my experience and background.
Overall, the process was frustrating and disappointing. The inconsistency between rounds and the lack of transparency made me question the fairness and professionalism of their interview approach. I expected more clarity and respect for candidates’ time
