Had a fast interview call process but slow decision time which was about 1 month wait. Started with an initial recruiter screening, then a video call with the partner, then a final panel video call with team members.

Everyone in one room at different assigned tables. Quite similar to speed dating, but corporate style. Relaxed environment. Two interviewers at each table asking you multiple questions in a conversational style way.
