Standard interview process with assessment - video interview - assessment day. Assessment Day comprises of group exercise, numerical tests, and further interviews with the Partner.
Assessments were both numerical and verbal, group exercise was a discussion in front of the managers, interviews were very structured in a way that they would write down what you say, and they would just ask set questions.

Nicht schwer aber ich hatte auch nicht das Gefühl dass mir viele Fragen gestellt wurden. Es gab eine logische Frage und eine Frage über Zinsen, ob die hoch oder runter gehen wenn Inflation steigt oder sinkt.
